Adobe Photoshop tutorials - real-world solutions for web design and production.
Create Web Images and Graphics that download blazenly fast

Use browser-safe colors wisely

In today's world of low-bandwidth and less-than-perfect display systems designers and web producers need to create web images and graphics that download fast and contain browser-safe colors. This clinic, lead by author, web producer, and Photoshop expert Mikkel Aaland, focuses on real-world solutions to these issues with specific emphasis on two powerful web production tools: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe ImageReady.

Aaland's presentation is custom tailored to any organization with 2 or more in-house designers/web producers. The clinic is conducted in-house, at your convenience, lasting from one to two days.

Fees are determined by the size of the staff, location, and other special needs. Because the clinic is conducted in-house you avoid travel costs for your staff and unnecessary off-line time. (Call or email for pricing and scheduling.)

Topics include:

Making Photoshop 5 Web-friendly
Creating optimized and animated GIFs with Adobe ImageReady
Using Photoshop to prepare color images for JPEG compression
Using Photoshop as a Web-layout program
Using Photoshop to convert vector graphics to bitmap

About the Clinic leader:
